We either use hard chemicals(Lysol , Method , Bleach) Or Eco Green Products depending on instructions of the client . Eco Green Product is an extra cost .
We understand how busy life can be . About half of our clients aren't home while we clean. Make sure you include accurate instructions for gaining entry to the home when scheduling online or over the phone .
Of course not ! We understand the love for pets , that's why we make sure to communicate to our team that if there is a pet during the cleaning to always be careful and work around it .

You can call or email us to cancel or reschedule . If cancelled deposit fee payed before cleaning is kept unless cleaning is rescheduled .
Depending on the cleaning job it will range from 1 up to 5 team members in your home . The normal home requires 1 - 2 cleaning staff and occasionally we will have a manager or trusted person to make sure everything is in order .
