Welcome to Exodus Home Cleaning NY Services! These Terms of Service govern your use of our home cleaning services. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Service Description
Exodus Home Cleaning NY Services provides professional home cleaning services. Our trained cleaners will clean your home based on the agreed-upon services and schedule.
Pricing
We offer flat-rate pricing based on the size of the home, though we reserve the right to adjust the price for fairness if your home is larger or messier than normal.

Guarantee
We offer 72 Hour Guarantee . If you contact us within 72 hours and if we did not fulfill our checklist according the cleaning service you chose . We will come back within 72 hours and fix our mistake .
Arrival
We reserve the right to arrive to your home within a 30 minute window of the scheduled cleaning time. For example, if the booking time is 12:00 PM, we may arrive between 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM.
Cancellations
We request that cancellations take place at least 24 hours before the time of the home cleaning appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling's made within 24 hours of the cleaning will result in a $25 fee.

Cleaners being denied access to the home at the time of cleaning (due to a customer no-show or lock-out) will result in a $50 fee
